  1. Suomessa tuntuu sitkeästi vain yleistyvän asuntovuokraus huijaukset. Kaava tuntuu olevan aina sama ja uhrin koukutukseen käytetään *** LIIAN HALPAA VUOKRAA *** suhteessa sijaintiin ja kuntoon. Kuvat saattavat olla upeita ja jopa kuvankäsittelyohjelmalla muokattuja. Asunto luvataan sinulle pitkän "copy&paste" sähköpostin perusteella ja kaikki käy mitä ehdotat. Tai huijari ei vain vastaa juuri mihinkään sähköposti kysymyksiisi oikeasti vaan puhuu aivan jotain muuta. Sinun pitäisi maksaa noin 2kk vuokravakuus ETUKÄTEEN, jotta avaimet suostutaan edes lähettämään ja voisit mennä katsomaan asuntoa. "Vuokraaja" tuntuu aina olevan jo ulkomailla ja hyvin usein Englannissa. Joskus jopa oikean/tekaistun kiinteistövälitysfirman nimissä saatetaan esiintyä, että avaimet voi hakea sieltä.

    Mitä voimme tehdä:

    - Kysy tuttaviltasi, että mitä mieltä he ovat ilmoituksesta. Vaikuttaako se heistä aidolta ja realistiseltä MARKKINOIHIN nähden? Usein tuttavillasi on enemmän "jalat maassa" ja näkevät paremmin mahdollisen huijauksen kun "mainio tilaisuus" ei välttämättä sumenna heidän päätään, koska heillä on jo asunto. Vertaa myös itsekkin eri medioista KYSEISEN ALUEEN markkinoita, jotta osaat muodostaa hintatason. Esim. oikotieltä löytyy taloyhtiöistä aikaisempien ilmoitusten vuokrapyyntöjä.

    - Ilmoita median ylläpitoon epäillyttävä ilmoitus, jotta sitä voidaan tarkkailla ja myös tarvittaessa poistaa.

    - Ilmoita ilmoituksen taloyhtiön isännöitsijälle, jotta voivat ottaa omistajaan yhteyttä ja voivat tarkistaa ilmoituksen aitouden sekä tarvittaessa myös varoittaa oikeaa omistajaa huijauksesta.

    - Pyri saamaan ilmoittajan puhelinnumero (usein puuttuu ilmoituksesta) ja keskustelemaan asunnosta puhelimessa. Tuskin huijari siihen suostuu, sillä silloin joutuu näkemään liikaa vaivaa huijaukseen. Jos numeroon ei saa yhteyttä tai ei ole aikaa puhua asunnosta vaikka on kiire saada se vuokrattua, niin tiedät varoa tapausta.

    - Vaadit, että menette YHDESSÄ katsomaan asuntoa tai vähintään joku hänen tuttunsa esittelee asunnon. SISÄLLE ON PÄÄSTÄVÄ. Älä usko tekosyitä vaan pysy tiukkana.

    - Varmista esittelijän henkilöllisyys kun kerran vuokrasopimusta tehdessä myös vuokranantajatkin vaativat henkilöllisyystodistuksen.

    - JOS TAPAUS VAIKUTTAA HÄMÄRÄLTÄ, NIIN ÄLÄ MAKSA RAHAA ETUKÄTEEN EDES PIENTÄ VARAUSMAKSUA. MUUTEN ON SUURI RISKI MENETTÄÄ RAHASI!

    Varokaa, oikotiellä asuntohuijaus. Eilen oli asunto vuokrattaviassa Helsingin Pietarinkadulla 56m2 730e. Mitään yhteystietoja ollut paitsi vuokranantajan etunimi. Arvasin heti että liian hyvää ollakseen totta. Otin ihan huvikseen yhteyttä häneen oikotien kautta. Tuli samantien viesti takas ja sivusto hävisi. Nyt herra väittää asuvansa Lontoossa. Kuulemma mun pitiäisi maksaa ennakko 1460e jonnekin Yahoo Real Estate Company:iin ennen kuin näen asunnon. Vuokranantaja itsehän ei tietenkään pääsee Suomeen näyttämään asuntoa.

This is a service provided by Yahoo Company specially for renting transactions. Yahoo!     "Sven" lähetti koko osoitteen asunnosta. Pietarikatu 17 D 91. Kävin huviksen soittamassa ovikelloa. Sukunimi summerisse ei tietenkään ollut Holinger vaan jotain muuta. Haluisin ilmoittaa omistajalle asiasta mutta ketään ollut kotona. Jätin isännöitsille viestin asiasta. Toivon mukaan he voisivat tehdä rikosilmoitus asiasta. En tiedä onko se mitään apua jos tämä henkilö "Sven/Johantan/Daniel/Tobias/Peter/" asuukin ulkomailla. Pystykö poliisi tehdä jotain?

    Varokaa kaikki näitä huijareita, jotka ilmoittavat asuntoja vuokrattavaksi liian halvalla eivätkä anna edes puhelinnumeroa.

    Kysykää myös mikä on huoneiston numero joka on vuokrattavana. Sitten ottakaa yhteyttä isännöitsijään, mikä yleensä löytyy googlaamalla katuosoite, tai talon ovessa lukee huoltoyhtiön nimi niin kysykää sieltä isännöitsijän tiedot ja varmistakaa omistaako tämä "anders hansson or whatsoever" vuokrattavan huoneiston.

    Pääsääntö on että käykää huoneistossa ja vaatikaa nähtäväksenne uusi isännöitsijäntodistus, siitä ilmenee kuka on huoneiston omistaja.

    Äläkää ihmeessä lähettäkö rahaa minnekään näkemättä huoneistoa ja selvittämättä kuka huoneiston omistaa.

    Taas on uusi huijausilmoitus, nyt vain nimellä Daniel. Tarjoaa Tehtaankadulta kaksiota vuokralle. Kun katsoo kuvia tarkkaan, huomaa, että keittiön tiskipöydällä on kuivausteline. Näitähän ei Suomessa juuri kukaan käytä, kun meillä on kuivauskaapit. Asunnon kuvauksessa on myös kirjain s, eli asunnossa muka olisi sauna. Just...aivan kuin jugend- talossa olisi asunnoissa omat saunat.

    Halpa vuokra jälleen kerran kiinnitti huomiota, samoin ilmoittajan pelkkä etunimi.

    - Keittiökuvassa näkyy tiskitelineen lisäksi myös UK:n lippu
    - "olohuoneessa" on myös sänky koivusäleikön takana (ei vastaa pohjapiirrosta)
    - on myös ns. erillinen makuuhuone

I have graduated MURE (Multidisciplinary Studies on Urban Environmental Issues). My parents bought me this flat, thinking it would be a better investment than renting it. Also, I am the single owner of the apartment. Now I am working as a project manager in civil engineering.
    I'm renting my apartment, because my company (SKANSKA) has won an auction for a big project in United Kingdom so my accommodation period here will be very large (more than 5 years). I'm already in London, but I have though at a solution so you can get the keys and visit the apartment to make an impression. I appreciate your interest in my apartment and I'm looking forward to our future collaboration and friendship.
