Ei pääse tekemään kauppoja Ebayssa kun pitää syöttää luottokorttia käyttäessä 4numeroinen koodi. Tätä koodia olen odotellut ilmestyväksi My accountiin tai postilaatikkoon. Pitäisi tulla 4 päivässä, mutta tuleekohan tänne Suomeen asti (jenkeistä) siinä ajassa.

Ootko varma, ettei kyse ole siitä luottokortin takana olevasta koodista? Mun visassa se on tosin kolminumeroinen.

aiemmin olen "rekisteröinyt" korttini sinne ja silloin piti syöttää tuo kortin takana oleva 3-numeroinen koodi. Jossain vaiheessa jokainen Ebayn asiakas saa kehoituksen, että pitää ostoksia/myyntiä jatkaakseen pitää hankkia tuo 4-numeroinen koodi.

Nyt olen odotellut sitä postitse saapuvaksi, mutta ei ole tullut. Mietin miten lukusarjan hankina tuon netin kautta onnistui. Card issuer eikös tarkoita palvelujen tarjoajaa.

Yleensa jos olet jo kortin rekisteroinyt, voit jatkossa kayttaa sita laittamalla vain kortin numerosarjan 4 viimeista numeroa ja turvakoodin. Mutta en ole koskaan kuullut etta ebay mitaan koodeja postittaisi...

Expanded Use

Expanded use is used to verify your credit card

To start expanded use

Click Credit Card

You will see the Enrol in PayPal's Expanded Use Programme page.

Read the Enrol in PayPal's Expanded Use Programme page.

Click Get Number.

On the Expanded Use Number Sent page, click Continue.

if the button to get the expanded use number does show type the following into your browser

www.paypal.com/mem-number

click enter the expanded use page will come up with the relevant button

Paypal makes a small charge to your credit card

When it appears in your statement it is accompanied by a 4 digit number

You need to get the number and input back to paypal to confirm your credit card

When you make your first payment using the card the money taken to verify is returned within 24 hours

To lift your withdrawal limit you still need to complete expanded use

For expanded use with a debit card Paypal send 2 small amounts to the bank similar to verification

the 2 amounts become the expanded use number so if the amounts were say 16p and 69p the expanded use number would be 1669 which is then entered back into paypal

Amounts refunded next time you use the card
